Spidey has been through a number of variety Spiderman costumes.
When the character was initially developed by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, the character was given the classic red and blue suit that has become normality of today’s incarnations of the famous Marvel superhero. The earliest sketches of Spiderman were dubbed, "Captain America with Cobwebs."

It was in the 1980's that the Spiderman costume altered from its original design of red and blue. This new black with a white Spiderman costume outfit originated on an alien planet where Spiderman fought in a battle between earth's major superheroes and villains.


This newer Spiderman costume was not well liked by Spiderman fans, for they demanded that the costume be changed back.It was argued that Spiderman's traditional red and blue costume made him an idol and should be kept as is.It was revealed that this Spiderman costume would negatively transform his alter ego, Peter Parker. It was then that Peter got rid of the symbiote of being this, and then this other befriended Eddie Brock, only to have him transform into one of Spiderman's most despised enemies, Venom.


It was the first Spiderman film, Spiderman's original costume was the same as the wrestling uniform sported in a wrestling match against Randy Savage, otherwise known as "Bone Saw McGraw."This particular Spiderman costume was a long-sleeved red shirt, designed with a spider and web across the front; and he wore blue pants and socks and a red ski-mask. Another version of the Spiderman costume was one worn by Scarlett Spider who was actually Benjamin Reilly.What happened with Benjamin Reilly is that it was written that he was actually a clone of Peter Parker, hence Scarlett Spider. Scarlet Spider's Spiderman costume was a reddish, scarlet uniform with a blue frilled jacket to go with it.


Then came the "Iron Spider" costume, which was the argued about costume of all. This costume was made up by Tony Stark who was the alter ego of Iron Man, and this costume was coloured with red and gold. The look of this particular alternative of the Spiderman costume was not liked at all by the most enthusiastic of Spiderman fans.

After this blunder, Peter Parker embarked on constructing an even exceptional new costume for himself.This newer costume was dubbed the "Stealth Suit," and it was multi-colored and allowed him extremely strong powers.


One such new power with this special Spiderman costume was his capability to become invisible around all.Another incredible power that this stealth suit had was that it could shunt all sonic aggressions that came up against him.Also, this newer suit could let Spiderman dissolve any metal object that came his direction.
After being shot in an attack, Peter Parker decides that his Spiderman costume needs to be composed of bulletproof armour, and he constructs a new Spiderman costume to do just that. This new getup was black with yellow spider designs.
The "Future Foundation" is a new superhero team that spiderman joins sees him take on another new Spiderman costume; this time completely white, but it also has the power to change colours.
